Samsung is working on 10.1 and 11.6-inch wide full HD AMOLED displays [rumor]

As the page Sammobile would have learned of a well-informed insider, Samsung Electronics is working on a high-end tablet, which features a full-HD Super AMOLED display. Given the positive feedback to previous AMOLED screens, Samsung has decided the Super AMOLED technology to use in larger displays.
