A few days ago we reported on news iPhone of the problems they were going through some of the smart watches Pebble: once off, it was impossible to turn them back on, even if the loading were leaving for several hours. Those responsible for the company pledged to withdraw into their offices to locate the cause of this failure, it was not known if there was a level of software or hardware. Finally, Pebble has located the error in the software clock.

Apparently a software problem prevented the watch off once ignited. The solution is found in the update released specifically for watches that have been suffering these problems (version 1.9.1.). Pebble other clocks that are not registering the misfire should not upgrade to version 1.9.1. The installation must be done manually: first you have to leave the watch charged for at least 3 hours and you have to make sure that after this period of time, you cannot really turn.

After following these steps, you have to get in touch with Pebble, by contact section and stand on the official website and send an e-mail with the subject "RMA Shutdown", stating your name, shipping address and serial number your Pebble.
